Congratulations Jack Almond on becoming a Certified Diagnostic Technician (CDT)
A big congratulations goes out to Jack Almond who recently became a Certified Diagnostic Technician (CDT). He is shown here receiving his certificate from Andrew Assimo, Director Mercedes-Benz Trucks Australia.
It is a big honour in Daimler circles to pass all criteria and become a Certified Diagnostic Technician (CDT), which is the highest level possible.
There are many criteria within each level and only the best of the best get to this level, many try and do not succeed.
For Mercedes-Benz Techs there are 3 levels:
Maintenance Level (expectation is 100% to be at this level)
Systems Level (expectation is 30% to be at this level)
Certified Diagnostic Technician (Only 10-12 techs Australia wide are at this level)
From all of the team at Whitehorse Truck Centre we CONGRATULATE you Jack on this fantastic achievement.
